GBL offers a range of services to assist your internal recruitment process, or to help you manage high volume roles.

With our expertise and resources, we can manage specific parts of the recruitment process to supplement your internal HR and recruitment process. Each module can be provided on a separate basis and allows for maximum flexibility.

Payrolling service

Have you identified your own candidate for a specific assignment or contract? GBL’s payroll service is available at a discounted rate.

In these circumstances, you will retain full responsibility for assessing the candidate’s suitability, conducting your own background and reference checks, supervising and monitoring their performance. However, we both share health and safety responsibilities, and GBL will include your candidate in our health & safety induction and monitoring processes.

  • Option 1 – Temporary Staff Payroll

    • As part of our service, GBL will manage the full payroll and employer administration for your candidate. They will be paid weekly at an agreed hourly rate, PAYE will be deducted along with KiwiSaver and other payroll requirements. GBL will accrue for ACC levies, statutory holidays, sick and bereavement leave.

  • Option 2 – Contractor Management
    • GBL will manage the administration of your contractor including timesheets, invoicing and payment through to ensuring completion of documentation and insurance cover.
