As a key point of contact for staff and clients of this professional organisation, you will manage all aspects of the reception area and meeting room coordination. As the receptionist/telephonist, you will deliver a warm, welcoming service to all visitors and staff, handling regular enquiries and providing a top notch service throughout the organisation.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:-

- Reception duties - answering phones, greeting visitors
- Maintenance of appointment calendar for the meeting rooms and liaising with caterers

This role requires a high degree of professionalism, multi-tasking and customer service skills. A positive, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude is essential, together with loads of initiative and good relationship building skills as you are dealing with people every day and managing a range of enquiries.

Hours are full-time, Monday - Friday and this is a permanent role.
