Excellent role for a switched on team administrator/up and coming PA! Join a well-established organisation and utilise your ability to plan, organise, assemble information and keep the team on track! This is a full-time permanent position to commence in February 2018.
Working closely with and supporting two busy managers and their teams, you will have a confident, enthusiastic and engaging personality and be comfortable taking charge of PA processes such as diary management, setting up meetings and booking travel. You will also provide a busy team with efficient administration support, with a focus on contract management, invoice administration and proofreading briefings for managers.
Excellent MS Office skills are essential, fast and accurate typing speed and the ability to learn new software and systems with ease. Our client is looking for a bright and switched on administrator/PA who is keen to advance their PA career. This role requires proven team administration/PA experience in the public sector.
If you have relevant PA/team administration experience supporting lots of people and would love the opportunity to move into an interesting area and learn lots of new things, this could be ideal for you! We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who prides themselves in delivering a high standard of professional service.
